Are you an experienced leader passionate about optimising manufacturing processes? We're looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to oversee packaging manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.Wage:
28,000 to 32,000 depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:
Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met. Maintain high product standards through rigorous quality control. Train and develop staff for improved performance. Enforce health & safety regulations. Solve operational challenges.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in inventory control and resource optimisation. Knowledge of production processes and quality assurance standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules. Good time management;
