Production Team Leaders (Days)
PrepWorld is looking for Team Leaders who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory
Main Duties:
Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided) Management of labour costs for your team Management of waste levels for your team Ensure products meet customer specifications
Who we are looking for:
Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Basic English & numeracy skills
