Wedi'i sefydlu ym 1985, mae Pero yn gwmni teuluol sy'n cynhyrchu bwydydd anifeiliaid anwes o safon uchel o'n fferm ar odre Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri. Erbyn hyn, ar ol twf, rydym wedi symud i swyddfeydd newydd spon yn Penygroes, Gwynedd

Cyfrifoldebau a Dyletswyddau Swydd Rheolwr Cynhyrchu

1. Cynllunio ac Amserlennu:

Datblygu a gweithredu amserlenni cynhyrchu i fodloni gofynion cwsmeriaid a therfynau amser. Rhagweld anghenion cynhyrchu yn seiliedig ar ragolygon gwerthiant a lefelau rhestr eiddo. Optimeiddio llif cynhyrchu a dyrannu adnoddau.
2. Rheoli Cynhyrchu:

Goruchwylio staff cynhyrchu a neilltuo tasgau a sifftiau. Monitro prosesau cynhyrchu i nodi a datrys tagfeydd a phroblemau. Sicrhau defnydd effeithlon o adnoddau, gan gynnwys llafur, deunyddiau ac offer. Gweithredu a chynnal safonau a gweithdrefnau cynhyrchu.
3. Rheoli Ansawdd:

Sefydlu a gorfodi safonau a gweithdrefnau rheoli ansawdd. Monitro ansawdd cynnyrch drwy gydol y broses gynhyrchu. Ymchwilio i broblemau ansawdd a gweithredu camau cywirol.
4. Rheoli Adnoddau:

Rheoli rhestr eiddo deunyddiau crai a chydlynu a chaffael i sicrhau danfoniad amserol. Goruchwylio cynnal a chadw ac atgyweirio offer i leihau amser segur. Rheoli cyllidebau a rheoli costau cynhyrchu.
5. Diogelwch a Chydymffurfiaeth:

Sicrhau amgylchedd gwaith diogel i bob gweithiwr. Gweithredu a gorfodi rheoliadau a gweithdrefnau diogelwch. Cynnal cydymffurfiaeth a rheoliadau amgylcheddol a rheoliadau perthnasol eraill.
6. Cyfathrebu a Chydweithio:

Cyfleu cynlluniau cynhyrchu a chynnydd i randdeiliaid perthnasol. Cydweithio ag adrannau eraill, fel gwerthu i sicrhau gweithrediadau llyfn. Ysgogi a hyfforddi staff cynhyrchu.
7. Gwelliant Parhaus:

Nodi cyfleoedd i wella prosesau cynhyrchu ac effeithlonrwydd. Gweithredu egwyddorion gweithgynhyrchu main a methodolegau gwella prosesau eraill. Monitro a dadansoddi data cynhyrchu i nodi meysydd i'w gwella.

Production Team Manager

Established in 1985, Pero is a family run company that produces high quality, premium pet foods from our farm in the foothills of the Snowdonia National Park. After considerable growth we have just moved to a brand new set of offices in Penygroes, Gwynedd.

We have many years' experience creating all-natural recipes of the finest quality, with eight core recipes in the Pero range, and over 100 different recipes and blends through our Signature range, which lets our customers create their own brand of dog foods.

We take a strong stance against animal cruelty, and all of our products are certified cruelty free by a number of organisations, including PETA and Uncaged.

We only use the highest quality ingredients in our foods, and have something for everyone when it comes to flavours and varieties.

We are looking for a Production Team Manager who can be part of our management team to grow our business and be part of our exciting plans for the future.

Production Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties

Planning and Scheduling: Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Forecasting production needs based on sales forecasts and inventory levels. Optimizing production flow and resource allocation.
2. Production Management:

Supervising production staff and assigning tasks and shifts. Monitoring production processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks and issues. Ensuring efficient use of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. Implementing and maintaining production standards and procedures.
3. Quality Control:

Establishing and enforcing quality control standards and procedures. Monitoring product quality throughout the production process. Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
4. Resource Management:

Managing raw material inventory and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely delivery. Overseeing equipment maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime. Managing budgets and controlling production costs.
5. Safety and Compliance:

Ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures. Maintaining compliance with environmental and other relevant regulations.
6. Communication and Collaboration:

Communicating production plans and progress to relevant stakeholders. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, and procurement, to ensure smooth operations. Motivating and coaching production staff.
7. Continuous Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency. Implementing lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies. Monitoring and analysing production data to identify areas for improvement.

Production Manager Qualifications and Skills
