Job Overview

As a Professional Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the professional lettings operations, working closely with the team to support and drive performance.

The Role:

Overseeing the lettings diary, including but not limited to, the diary with all viewing appointments and the follow through to the let of the property. Supporting the team to achieve strong results across all areas of the lettings process Providing regular feedback to landlords with properties currently on the market Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords, contract holders, and contractors. Handling complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution Ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently to deliver the best possible client journey Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and overall performance
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in the property industry.

A full UK driving licence will be required.
