Responsibilities: Be a key point of contact for clients in terms of project tracking, updates, project changes and delivery timeframes
Coordination and project management of client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes
Be the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates in terms of project milestones and deliverables
Foster cross-team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on schedule
Management of multiple projects, tracking progress, problem-solving and providing regular updates to clients and key stakeholders
Schedule regular update meetings keeping teams up to date with requirements and developments.
Skills / Qualifications: Previous experience within a project coordinator role (highly desirable)
Ideally exposure in the construction, civil, structural or steel sector, but not a necessity
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure
Hands on approach to offer ideas / solutions for issues
Methodical with thorough attention to detail
Creative thinker - ability to think outside the box to solve problems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with flexible approach to work
