Overview:


MiTech Consultants Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organised

Project Administrator

to support our growing operations in the telecoms and infrastructure sector. This role is essential to keeping our projects on track -- coordinating site visits, handling project documentation, and supporting our internal teams with a range of administrative tasks.

You'll work closely with the Head of Engineering, Project Managers, and Operations Director to ensure that manpower, documentation, and site planning are well-coordinated across all live and upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:



Provide reliable administrative support to Project Managers, the Head of RF, and the Operations Director. Organise and schedule site visits, including coordinating access, documentation, and resource planning. Send, receive, and manage critical project documentation such as

Risk Assessments

,

Method Statements (RAMS)

, permits, and compliance files. Assist with manpower planning, helping to allocate engineers and field teams across projects. Liaise with the Operations Director to support wider business coordination and planning needs. Maintain and organise project files, trackers, and shared resources. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes/minutes, and follow up on actions. Support general office administration, including email communication, task tracking, and document formatting.

Experience & Skills:



Previous experience in a project support or administrative role (telecoms, construction, or engineering preferred). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities -- you'll be working on several projects at once. Comfortable handling and managing technical documentation (RAMS, permits, etc.). Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with Google Workspace is a bonus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills -- you'll deal with internal teams and external partners. Experience with resource planning or workforce scheduling is an advantage. A self-starter with attention to detail and a proactive attitude. The ability to pass security vetting and hold levels of clearance required for the roles and projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,500.00-30,000.00 per year
