The Role:
Project coordinators assist our project managers in delivery of our works. They conduct a variety of tasks associated with bookings, planning, progress monitoring, liaising with clients and occupants of properties, facilitating the works, compiling reports and invoicing.
Assist project managers in successful delivery of our works.
Liaise with clients and occupants (telephone).
Compile reports and drawings.
Make bookings and update work database, resourcing and tracking systems.
Be proactive in your learning and development.
Role Requirements:
GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths, English and Science (helpful)
Office experience (preferred)
Good IT skills in common Microsoft packages.
Good organisational skills.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Must be friendly, professional and hard working at all times.
Be methodical in their approach and excellent at communication.
