About The Role

You will be responsible for supporting and reporting to Social Housing National Contracts Manager and Business Development Managers with client and Main Contractor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing clients and main contractor expectations.

• Service daily meeting expectations.

• Customer designs and accuracy to exemplary standard.

• Keeping costs of FOC to minimum.

• Progress meetings with clients and contractors held monthly.

• Work closely with Business Development Managers Nationally and understand sales activity within social team.

• Ensure any changes or discontinued product is immediately communicated to client & contractors.

• Surveys to be conducted 4 x days a week (5-7 per day). Fifth day to be left for planning and kitchen designs.

About You

• A proven history of success managing kitchen projects in Social Housing.

• Proven history in customer/client relationship.

• Excellent communication skills essential with a can-do attitude and direct approach
