About the Role
Due to continued growth in the business we are seeking to grow our project management team.
You will manage the delivery of Design & Build projects from commencement to completion. Delivering projects to the full satisfaction of the client ensuring programme timescales are achieved, costs kept within budget and quality levels met for of design and workmanship. Ensuring safety is of prime consideration throughout all projects. Overall management of all members of project team including external consultants and contractors. Understanding and controlling commercial implications on all aspects of successful project delivery.
About You
You will be an experienced construction project manager, a self starter who can drive projects to completion with your commercial awareness keeping the project on time and within budget.
You will have experience of leading teams and liaising with internal and external clients.
