Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager seeking a new role? We are Lecter Ltd, a recognised commercial electrical design and build company, established for 25+ years. We're inviting applications from professionals to fill our Electrical Project Manager position. We specialise in CAT A and CAT B installations within the office fit-out sector, aiming to deliver excellence in every project.

About You



The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial electrical project manager. You should possess a full UK driving license, eligibility to work in the UK, and proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written). You must hold a valid CSCS gold or black card and be up to date with current IEE regulations and BS7671 wiring regulations.

Key Responsibilities



As an Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Your duties will include:

Site management to oversee project progress and installation quality, Client and subcontractor liaison, including attending site meetings, Implementation of health and safety protocols and toolbox talks, Efficient material management and procurement, Financial management of projects, including budgeting and handling variations, Preparation of O&Ms (Operation and Maintenance Manuals) for project handover.
