Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Confirming building plans with Surveyors, Architects and Engineers. Overseeing building projects to ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard. Monitoring construction budget to minimize overspending. Providing progress reports to clients via phone, email or meetings in person. Negotiating
with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.

Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines. Assembles information for invoicing at the end of projects. Hires and supervise staff, establishes temporary site offices, takes delivery of materials. Regularly inspects and monitors progress and quality of work. ensures legal requirements are met. Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables. Monitor project performance, track progress, and generate detailed status reports. Lead meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Ensure all projects adhere to company processes, standards, and compliance regulations. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering]. years of proven experience as a Project Manager in building works. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency in project management tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
