We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Aldermaston team based in Aldermaston.

Location:

Aldermaston, Berkshire

Hours:

40 hours per week



We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Aldermaston team, supporting them in delivering construction projects in secured environments, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success.



Your day to day will include:


Leading and overseeing the successful delivery of projects from pre-commencement to completion Managing project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet programme and budget targets Ensuring compliance with Kier's SHE policies and Project Lifecycle Management procedures Acting as the client's point of contact and promoting ongoing relationships Mentoring site teams and supporting their development

What are we looking for?

This role of Project Manager is great for you if:


You have significant experience in leading delivery on construction projects, ideally in secured environments You hold relevant construction qualifications (HND/Degree level), SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid Certificate, and a Full UK Driving Licence You have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with experience in NEC and JCT contracts
