Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, task-driven, and solution-focused Project Manager with exceptional organisational skills to keep our projects on schedule and ensure the highest standards are delivered.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of new projects from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with our design and management teams, as well as our contractors and in-house experts, to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
Strong communication is key -- you'll ensure all parties are clear on their responsibilities, deliverables, and deadlines throughout every stage of the process.
Our projects vary in size and location. While we primarily operate in the Bath and Bristol area, we also deliver projects across Wiltshire, Mendip, Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. Regardless of the location or project type, clear and detailed communication is essential to keep clients, third parties, and internal teams well-informed of progress and status.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
Construction Experience - able to read and understand plans, quality control, manage contractors Strong Organisational and Multi Management Skills - Client and team communication, prioritising and handling issues. Multiple project, deadline and quality driven management Strong Communication - transparency, clear and precise instructions. Excellent customer relations and care Strong Leadership - Previous experience in supervising teams, fostering a positive, productive work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
