Established in 2013, owning a diverse portfolio of office, retail and industrial property across Northern Ireland and Scotland, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project & Site Manager to join the busy team.

starting salary 50,000 depending on skills and experiencewith a 5,000 bonus on completing targets in each 6 month period

Location:

Belfast, BT1, the role involves travel throughout Northern Ireland, Ireland and the UK (valid driving licence and vehicle required)

Job Summary:



The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced architecture and property development company with a growing track record of delivering award winning projects. ANGUS PROPERTIES also works as the in-house architecture, construction and property management company for the wider business group including Argento Contemporary Jewellery, Lets Go Padel and the Lets Go Hydro resort.

As the Project Manager, you will with the in-house team and take responsibility for the coordination and delivery of the multi-site role out of the Lets Go Padel business across Northern Ireland and the border counties.

Key Responsibilities:



The following is not exhaustive but reflective of the tasks associated with the role:

Plan out and coordinate multiple sites over the next 12 months, pre-planned contractors and budgets etc. Ensure the projects are delivered safely to the highest quality on time and on budget Interview and tender out works packages to subcontractors or entire packages to Main contractors. Ensure full compliance to health and safety regulations. Commissioning, reviewing, completion and implementation of RAMS Quality management of all work being carried out on sites Liaising with the in-house and external team at meetings Communicate with external bodies and authorities and be representative of the company at all times Communication of project progress and management of schedule through the use of project management software Along with the in-house team, assist with the selection of suppliers and sub-contractors for works packages Responsible for company owned and rented equipment Traveling to the various sites

Essential Criteria:



As our Project Manager, your experience and skills will include:

10 years of experience managing construction projects Chartered CIOB Membership or progressing to this Excellent IT Skills, ability to plan projects using GANTT charts or equivalent so experience with project management software is essential Excellent communication skills and effective management style CSR/CSCS Qualification or equivalent Access to own vehicle
