Overview of the Role





As a Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients realise the full value of our solutions through effective planning, coordination, and communication.



Based in the Implementation team, you will collaborate across Product, Sales, and Client Success to deliver projects to specification, on time, and with high client satisfaction. You'll align internal efforts and manage client expectations, ensuring each project delivers a measurable impact and supports our mission of making working lives better. Your ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking will help drive results, build trust, and ensure our solutions make a meaningful difference.




Key Responsibilities




Lead the end-to-end delivery of client projects, from initiation through to post-implementation review Collaborate with Implementation Consultant and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and proactive communication Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate Track and report on project status, budgets, milestones, and deliverables Facilitate regular project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with high client satisfaction Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in project delivery practices Maintain project documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and external partners



Technologies & Tools





You will have experience using or be comfortable learning the following tools:



Platforms:

Allsop products & cloud-based applications

Project Management:

Microsoft DevOps (Boards), Microsoft Project & Excel

Communication & Collaboration:

Microsoft Teams, Outlook & Slab

Documentation:

Word, Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint

Experience




2-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a technology or SaaS implementation environment Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within scope Experience of working directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM) is an advantage but not is not essential Comfortable working collaboratively in an agile environment Experience of working with medium-to-large organisations desirable

% of projects delivered on time, within scope and budget Client satisfaction and positive feedback Team satisfaction and collaboration metrics Number of risks/issues identified and resolved early Frequency and clarity of project updates Effective risk and issue resolution Quality and clarity of project documentation Internal stakeholder feedback on collaboration and communication Contribution to improvements in project delivery processes Repeat client engagements and successful handover to support
