Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and professional
Project Manager
to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, client-focused environment, contributing to a wide variety of refurbishment and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to handover
Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards.
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and timelines.
Liaise with clients, surveyors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication throughout the project.
Lead project meetings and produce progress reports.
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently.
Ensure all work is completed to specification, quality, and budgetary requirements
About you
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction and refurbishment sector.
Strong understanding of building methods, regulations, and commercial practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.
Confident using project management tools, MS Project, and Excel.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred.
Full UK driving licence required.

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
