As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of this transformation --
shaping, planning, and delivering projects that make a tangible impact
on how Redgate works. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, guiding cross-functional Agile teams to success while continuously improving how we deliver projects.

You're an
experienced and adaptable project manager
with practical experience delivering a mix of technology, process, and business change projects.
Strong in
project definition, planning, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement
-- and confident leading delivery end-to-end.
You understand the importance of
delivering real value
to end users, not just following process.
You bring proven
change management skills
, helping teams and stakeholders navigate transformation with clear communication, empathy, and structure.
Comfortable working with
cross-functional teams
that include engineers, business analysts, product managers, and commercial stakeholders.
Skilled at
communicating clearly and confidently
across all levels of the organisation.

Experience in
