What went wrong, how did you respond, and what decision did you make that most improved the outcome?
(Please be specific. We are interested in your judgement, not a perfect project.)
OTID regularly delivers multiple projects at the same time, often with overlapping deadlines and limited resources.
Describe a real situation where you were responsible for managing at least three projects concurrently. How did you prioritise work, what trade-offs did you make, and what systems or habits helped you stay in control?
