The Role



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our Cotswolds Division. You will lead high-end residential projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and our skilled teams, you will oversee every phase of project delivery, from initial planning and coordination through to execution and successful handover.

Key Responsibilities



Lead luxury residential construction projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and extensions, prioritising exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve seamless project execution. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and financial objectives. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, sustainability standards, and planning requirements. Supervise on-site operations, manage site teams, and proactively resolve any emerging issues. Deliver regular, clear updates to clients and senior management, upholding our standards of discretion and professionalism. Integrate sustainable practices, such as energy-efficient solutions and eco-friendly materials, throughout project delivery.

About You



Proven track record as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction or refurbishment projects. Deep knowledge of luxury construction techniques, materials, and finishes; experience in the Cotswolds or similar regions is highly desirable. Strong project management expertise, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent professional experience). Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Valid UK driving licence (held for at least six months). Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for achieving outstanding results.
