We're looking for 2 dynamic

Projects Managers

to head up our busy Projects Department. This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of traffic management projects across both planned and reactive workstreams.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Assistants, and Permits & Licensing Officers. Oversee the full project lifecycle - from enquiry to completion - ensuring projects meet client requirements, safety standards, and legislative compliance. Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and internal teams, acting as the key escalation point for complex issues. Drive operational efficiency, monitor KPIs, and report on project performance to senior management. Champion continuous improvement, introducing new systems and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project management or coordination, ideally within traffic management, highways, construction, or utilities. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities. Knowledge of NRSWA, Chapter 8, and TM operational processes. A formal project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM) is beneficial but not essential. Full UK Driving Licence required.
