Construction Project Manager

Kings are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, organised, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our existing team, managing multiple sites across central Scotland.

Kings provide a full main contractor solution, delivering a wide range of high-end domestic and commercial projects. We have built a strong reputation for delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects and have a secure workflow through to 2027, with continued year-on-year growth.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple construction projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up, programming, and managing construction contracts Managing and coordinating labour both on-site and off-site across multiple projects Managing project budgets, costs, and timeframes Ensuring all works meet required standards, regulations, and specifications Coordinating and ensuring inspections are completed and recorded Attending progress and design team meetings Providing regular progress reports and updates Managing all associated project administration
Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a construction project management role Relevant and current industry qualifications Strong organisational and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to create, monitor and report on programmes using Microsoft Projects
