We are recruiting for a Project Manager within the Health Informatics Centre. This is a fixed-term appointment for 2

years in the first instance.

You will be part of a small, supportive team of dedicated people, who care about what they do and why they do it. You

will have autonomy and purpose in your role, able and expected to let your project leadership skills and experience

shine. This role involves managing multiple projects of various size and duration at any given time, connected by their

healthcare research aims and context. You will regularly lead or work with partner organisations on projects at a

national and potentially international scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a project manager who is comfortable

with ambiguity and doesn't mind the challenge of complex, high-stake projects - because this is where real change

happens.

Based in Ninewells Hospital, one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals, the School of Medicine provides outstanding

medical education and training supported by world class research facilities.

Your priorities will include:

Lead and manage the delivery of health informatics projects

Ensure all projects adhere to defined governance, security and quality standards

Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders in and across projects

Support the transition of new systems or services into operational use

Who we're looking for:

Someone who is organised and can motivate others toward a shared objective

Someone who anticipates challenges and plans for them ahead of time

Someone who cares about their work and is thoughtful of what others need to do their job well

Someone who recognises when and how to lean on others for support
