Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across departments.
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, and reports.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates.
Ensure alignment between project goals and business objectives.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs.
Support process improvements and contribute to continuous optimisation of project workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-12 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, MS Project).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
Certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum.
Experience working in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
Background in IT, software development, operations, or related domains.
