Job Description

CPM are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Samsung Training Team. In this role, you'll coordinate and deliver key training projects across multiple retailers and internal channels, ensuring exceptional execution every time. You'll collaborate closely with Samsung stakeholders, support teams, and field colleagues, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Full time, permanent, starting ASAP. 36,000 p/a plus car, bonus and other benefits!




Ideal location: Egham United Kingdom, TW20




National travel will be involved.

What you'll be doing



Managing the end-to-end delivery of Samsung training projects across retail partners and internal programmes Planning project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality execution Acting as the central point of contact for project updates, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication Preparing clear and accurate weekly and monthly performance and engagement reports Monitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve processes and outputs Working cross-functionally with Samsung, training teams, and field colleagues to ensure alignment Ensuring training materials, systems, and dashboards are accurate, maintained, and up to date Supporting project improvements and helping to shape best practice across the wider training function

Have experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar operational role Can manage multiple deadlines and priorities with confidence Communicate clearly and professionally at all levels Are comfortable working with data dashboards, reporting tools, and digital systems Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Are confident working with technology and able to understand Samsung's product ecosystem Bring a positive, solution-focused approach to fast-paced environments

Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders or coordinating complex workflows often using Excel in this role. Strong organisation, communication, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management experience translate extremely well.
