The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee automation and AI solution delivery from initial scope through to completion, ensuring projects run smoothly, requirements are understood, and customers and internal teams are fully aligned throughout the lifecycle.
With a minimum of 3 years' experience, you will support process discovery, documentation, stakeholder communication, task planning and delivery management, acting as the link between our customers and our development team while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to scope.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of RPA and AI projects, from initial scoping through to deployment
Lead process discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with clients
Translate business needs into clear deliverables, plans and task assignments for the development team
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status updates and milestone tracking
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders and our development team
Support solution design by validating requirements, priorities and feasibility
Assist with testing and acceptance to ensure delivery meets agreed objectives
Produce supporting documentation and training materials where needed
Identify and escalate risks or blockers and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or in a similar delivery-focused role
Experience coordinating projects in a technical or software environment
Strong understanding of business process documentation and workflow analysis
Excellent communication skills, comfortable operating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organised, strong attention to detail and capable of managing competing priorities
Experience running workshops or stakeholder sessions
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, testing practices or software delivery lifecycles is advantageous
Experience with RPA or AI environments is desirable but not essential
