Project Manager

Forfar, SCT, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager based in Forfar and Portlethen to lead and coordinate project activities ensuring goals and objectives are achieved within defined timeframes and parameters. You will act as the primary communication liaison for major projects, working cross-functionally with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers. The role involves full project lifecycle management, including scheduling, cost control, reporting, and ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations.

The role requires someone who is open, honest, and able to build respectful, professional relationships. While the working environment encourages friendly collaboration, it's important that team members understand and respect roles and boundaries. Input and new ideas are welcomed -- individuals should feel confident contributing their perspective and making meaningful improvements.

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, learn on the go, and meet established expectations without requiring constant direction. While mentorship and professional growth opportunities are part of the role, the ability to self-manage and deliver what the program needs is essential.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow within the CBM space and contribute meaningfully from day one.
