Project Manager - Residential Developments

Salary - 48,000 - 65,000+ per annum (DOE)
Location - Midlands | Full-Time | Permanent

Avaro Developments Ltd is a growing residential developer specialising in high-quality housing, bespoke homes, and conversion projects across the Midlands. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional design and craftsmanship while maintaining strong relationships with our subcontractors and clients.

The Role:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple residential plots and bespoke housing developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing build programmes, budgets, and teams from groundworks to handover. You'll work closely with our Commercial and Site Management teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site activity and lead project delivery Oversee new build constructions and refurbishment works. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers Monitor programme timelines, cost control, and quality standards Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building codes Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders as required Provide regular progress reports to the managing director

Candidate Requirements:

Demonstrable experience managing residential or mixed-use developments, including refurbishmentand commercial elements Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively. In-depth knowledge of UK construction standards and regulations SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White card), and First Aid certification Relevant construction or project management qualification preferred Full UK driving licence.
