Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on
Project Manager
with experience in
interior fit-out
to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. This role will involve client liaison, site surveying, coordination of trades, procurement of materials, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of interior fit-out projects, from planning through to completion.
Conduct detailed site surveys and produce accurate measurements and reports.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Liaise with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
Oversee site progress, ensuring work meets quality, health & safety, and design standards.
Resolve issues quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within the interior fit-out, construction, or refurbishment industry.
Strong understanding of site processes, materials, and fit-out trades.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Full UK driving licence (site visits required).
Desirable:
Experience in commercial office interiors.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software.
CSCS / SMSTS certification.
