Super Prime Residential Project Manager

to lead the delivery of iconic, ultra-luxury residential projects in

central London's premier postcodes

-- Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Kensington, Chelsea, and St James's.

This is a rare opportunity to shape some of the capital's most prestigious private residences and landmark developments, working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, world-renowned architects, interior designers, and elite craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle of super prime residential builds, from inception through to flawless handover. Collaborate intimately with discerning clients, award-winning architects, designers, bespoke joiners, and specialist contractors to realise visionary designs. Maintain uncompromising standards of quality, artistry, and attention to detail across every element -- from rare materials and handcrafted finishes to cutting-edge technology and heritage-sensitive restorations. Develop, monitor, and rigorously control ambitious project programmes, multi-million-pound budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure full compliance with UK building regulations, CDM, health & safety legislation, and the exacting expectations of international UHNW clients. Lead and inspire high-calibre project teams, proactively resolving complex challenges, mitigating risks, and driving innovative solutions. Cultivate trusted, discreet relationships with clients, providing transparent communication and strategic counsel throughout.

Key Requirements

Proven project management experience in

super prime residential construction

(preferred) or high-end prime luxury projects. Demonstrable track record delivering

completed super prime residential projects

valued at

5-10m+

(ideally 15m-50m+) in central London or comparable ultra-luxury markets. Deep expertise in the specification, sourcing, and installation of the world's finest materials, bespoke finishes, smart home systems, and architectural detailing. Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills -- with proven ability to navigate the expectations of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and international families. Highly organised, commercially astute, and calm under pressure in fast-moving, design-led environments. Proficiency with industry-standard project management software Relevant degree or professional qualification in Construction/Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent is advantageous.
