Project Manager - High-End Residential & Commercial

HSP is appointing an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of multiple high-quality residential and commercial projects across Cheshire and the North West.

This role is not administrative. It is for a Project Manager who can lead from the front, control programme and cost, command respect on site and maintain first-class client relationships.

You will have full responsibility for delivery -- programme, quality, commercial performance and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Full project delivery from pre-start to completion Programme, procurement and subcontractor management Leadership of Site Managers and site teams Client and consultant liaison at senior level Cost control, valuations, variations and reporting Health & safety leadership (SMSTS, RAMS, CDM) Maintaining HSP's high standards across all sites
About You

Proven Project Manager with high-end residential or commercial experience Commercially astute and confident managing budgets Strong site leader with authority and professionalism Excellent communicator with clients and consultants Organised, decisive and solutions-driven SMSTS essential
Package

50,000 - 55,000 salary

Company vehicle & fuel card Phone & full package Long-term role with progression into senior management
