Role overview:




As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire scope required for the successful delivery of projects, including:

Accountabilities



Lead, manage and develop others QA planning & closeout Program & planning management Sub-contract management Plant and tools Labour Materials Site safety & documentation Weekly construction meeting Project-based client communication

You will deliver these by complying with the client and Cairn Cross processes, specifically, Project Management, Health & Safety, Commercial, Risk & Value and Budget.

The Person



Project management experience across a range of high-value projects and programmes would be an advantage Computer literate and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite Must be a hardworking individual who is willing to learn Excellent written and oral communication Some experience in the industry at some level would be beneficial Should be able to focus on attention to detail Must be able to manage their time efficiently Experience across the full project lifecycle

The Specifics



Location:

Nationwide with visits to our head office in Morley, Leeds

Hours:

08:00am - 17:00pm

Contract:

Full-time/Permanent

Salary:

Competitive based on experience

The role will involve working away from home and some travel across the UK
