The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the complete delivery of our luxury interior projects from initial planning through to final installation. You will be the key liaison between our design team, fitting specialists, suppliers, and clients, ensuring seamless project execution while maintaining the exceptional standards that define Wilson Fink Leicester.
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple high-end projects simultaneously, coordinating every aspect of the installation process. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our bespoke German and custom-designed kitchens and interiors are ordered and delivered on time, to specification, and to the impeccable quality our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle from design handover to final installations
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors and schedule fitting teams
Conduct detailed site assessments and technical surveys prior to installation
Liaise directly with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying potential issues before they arise
Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials
Conduct quality control inspections at critical stages of each installation
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions quickly
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to on every site
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Conduct final walkthroughs with clients, ensuring complete satisfaction before project sign-off
Coordinate snagging and any necessary remedial works
Manage project budgets and timelines, flagging any concerns proactively
Oversee all ordering for each project, including hardware and appliances
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in project management (ideally in interiors, kitchens, or construction)
Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Cyncly - Winner Flex) is a plus
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple high end complex projects simultaneously
Strong technical knowledge of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and high-end kitchen/interior installations
Outstanding communication skills, able to speak confidently with clients, tradespeople, and suppliers
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they become issues
Meticulous attention to detail with an uncompromising approach to quality
Professional presentation and demeaner suitable for high-value residential environments
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong leadership skills to motivate and coordinate fitting teams effectively
Flexibility to adapt to changing project demands and client requirements
