Who We're Looking For
Proven project management experience within a regulated industry, delivering complex civil and construction projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and results-driven approach
Practical understanding of civil and building services disciplines, supported by relevant technical expertise
Holds valid CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification, with desirable qualifications such as HNC/NVQ in Civil Engineering, APM/Prince2/API Project Management, or City & Guilds NVQ
Highly commercially aware and technically competent, committed to quality, safety, and continuous team development

What you'll be doing
Take full responsibility for the successful planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects, meeting or exceeding all contractual obligations
Monitor project delivery, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimise outcomes
Assess the buildability of designs, ensuring feasible solutions are developed within agreed timescales
Lead and motivate project teams, managing supervisors, engineers, and cross-discipline groups to achieve performance goals
Oversee construction budgets, ensuring financial targets and project KPIs are achieved
Champion a Zero Harm culture, driving health, safety, and environmental excellence across all activities
Ensure compliance with company processes, HS&E standards, and quality systems, promoting continuous improvement
Drive a Right First-Time approach, ensuring high standards of delivery and ownership of all handover documentation
Set, monitor, and report KPIs, analysing performance and implementing lean initiatives to improve efficiency
