What You'll Be Doing:


Manage daily operations of engineers, foremen, labourers, and plant.


Coordinate timely delivery of materials and plant to avoid delays.


Implement company Health & Safety and Quality Assurance procedures across site operations.


Carry out regular site inspections, ensuring all activities comply with HSE regulations.


Work to project specifications and ensure full compliance across all phases.


Prepare sites for construction and liaise with buyers, estimators, and surveyors pre-start.


Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes, identifying risks before they arise.


Report on project progress, updating checkpoints, financials, and key metrics.


Work closely with the Contracts Manager (CM) and Quantity Surveyor (QS) to align labour and plant forecasts.


Oversee the management of all temporary works on site.


Foster strong client relationships and promote a team-first, solution-driven approach.


What You'll Need:


Relevant CSCS Card (Supervisor/Manager/Engineering)


CITB SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme - 5 Day)


Temporary Works Coordinator qualification


First Aid at Work certificate


A construction-related degree or equivalent experience preferred


General Expectations:


Punctual, reliable, and proactive


Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude


Able to coordinate with other trades and keep works on schedule


Must have Right to Work in the UK


Completion of company IT induction and training within 1-3 months of joining
