We are looking to bring on board a Project Manager with a backgroundinConstruction, Energy, or Social Housing to lead the delivery of multiple high-profile contracts across Scotland. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, management, and reporting of projects, ensuring every contract is delivered to the highest standard.


This is a critical role ensuring our projects remain compliant with Trustmark and PAS standards while maintaining the strong stakeholder relationships that underpin our success.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the successful delivery of assigned contracts, ensuring all work meets programme, quality, and compliance benchmarks. Oversee day-to-day activity, establishing clear governance and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project plans and resources to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and contractual milestones are consistently exceeded.

Ensure all projects remain fully compliant withTrustmark, PAS

and current legislative requirements.
Oversee survey programmes, including scheduling, progress tracking, and issue resolution. Lead the collection and submission of completion documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for client audits. Act as the key point of contact for Operations Managers, Site Staff, and Sub-Contractors to resolve issues and maintain clear communication. Produce insightful weekly and monthly performance reports, identifying risks and mitigation opportunities. Manage client correspondence and escalations, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution.

Skills & Abilities



Proven track record in project management within Construction, Energy, or Social Housing preferred Familiarity with PAS 2035/2030 standards is highly advantageous. Confident in managing diverse stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.
