Project Manager

Location: London, E14 5HP

Hours of work: 40

Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a proactive and capable Project Manager to support the delivery of key change initiatives that underpin our ambition to be the world's leading service organisation.

This role will lead and influence multiple programmes, projects and workstreams across a broad portfolio that may include technology, catering, engineering, IT and procurement-related change, focusing on operational excellence rather than capital build projects.

Working within the governance set by the Project Management Office, you will create and manage robust delivery plans, ensuring progress against objectives, timelines, and scope.

Lead and manage a range of projects from inception to closure through ISS governance frameworks. Develop delivery plans aligned to client and business objectives. Ensure programme governance is followed and project documentation is maintained. Provide accurate and timely reporting on progress, financials, risks and dependencies. Facilitate RAID management and coordinate dependencies across projects and workstreams. Manage stakeholder communication, engagement and escalation routes. Track and drive progress against KPIs, timelines and agreed outcomes. Oversee day-to-day project delivery and ensure operational readiness for handover. Support budget development and commercial oversight of assigned projects.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Degree-level education or equivalent. Experience in project management in FM, corporate real estate, banking, or professional services. Professional accreditation (Prince2 Practitioner, APM, PMP or equivalent). Strong understanding of commercial contracts and governance frameworks. Proficient user of PM tools (MS Project, MS Project Online, Power PPM etc.). Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams. Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure.
