Please note this role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.



We're looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to join our Investment team, where you'll play a key role in delivering major sustainability retrofit programmes across our housing portfolio. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that involves managing refurbishment and improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and residents to ensure that every project meets regulatory requirements and delivers excellent customer outcomes. Your work will directly contribute to our commitment to improving homes, reducing carbon emissions, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will be required to attend the office a minimum of two days per week and 3 days on site.

What you'll do




You'll lead the delivery of sustainability retrofit projects, preparing specifications and schedules of works in line with PAS2035 standards. You'll manage relationships with consultants and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in compliance with procurement, statutory and regulatory frameworks. You'll act as the Client under CDM Regulations, provide technical advice to colleagues, and oversee the performance of external partners. You'll be responsible for managing budgets, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all tenures. You'll also contribute to project reviews, maintain accurate property data, and support the wider Investment team in promoting best practice and continuous improvement.

What you'll need



MRICS, CIOB, Degree, HNC or equivalent qualification and/or experience in managing construction projects Proven experience in delivering refurbishment contracts and sustainability retrofit schemes Strong working knowledge of building construction, regulations, and contract management Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects to a high standard
