55,000 - 75,000 DOE

We're representing a reputable and growing construction contractor delivering high-quality projects ranging from 150k to 1.5m. With several new schemes due to start in January 2026 and complete by May/June 2026, they're now seeking a Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in driving these builds forward.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, flexible environment, managing multiple projects and working both on-site and from home as required.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you'll oversee the successful delivery of small to medium-sized construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and programme targets are consistently met. You'll liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination across multiple live sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate several projects from start to completion Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality performance Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams Report project progress and proactively address challenges

Requirements:

Experience managing construction or refurbishment projects valued between 150k-1.5m Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work flexibly across multiple sites and remotely A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and progress SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable
