is a wayfinding, placemaking and experience design agency based in London and working with high profile international clients. Our practice connects expertise in urban design and architecture with the human focus of communication design and product design; enhancing how people experience and interact with spaces. Our projects cover all major typologies from placemaking and urban realm to airports, sports, hospitality, retail and commercial developments across the globe, with growth in the Middle East.

This role is central to Spaceagency's delivery of world-class design. As the key liaison, you will be empowered to drive the successful delivery of high-profile, international projects, connecting our clients with our creative teams and contributing directly to the efficiency of our Management Tier. Working closely with the Project Leader, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring efficient workflows, timely and successful project delivery, and optimal resource utilisation. You will be responsible for budget tracking, client communication, and overall project administration.

What you'll be doing



Participating in client project briefings, preparing return briefs for client approval and setting up a project Serving as the primary client contact and managing their requirements and processes, ensuring that designs align with client brief Establishing project administration and roadmap in collaboration with the Project Leader Coordinating with Project Leaders to ensure projects remain on time and within budget and providing monthly project reports Conducting weekly budget reviews and managing team resourcing using CMap Keeping projects on schedule - managing project deliverables and milestones, keeping client informed and following communication protocols for any service variations or change orders Ensuring the team receives necessary documents and information from clients Managing and responding to client feedback, coordinating other stakeholder needs and Requests for Information; Following up with clients on required information or decisions to maintain the project timeline Ensuring Project Leaders and the team fully understand client needs and expectations

You will bring



5+ years of experience in architecture, urban design, wayfinding or design practice or similar Proven track record of leading and delivering high-profile design projects Experience of working to RIBA design phases Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage teams and coordinate across disciplines Fluency in spoken and written English Ability to work from the Central London office 4 days per week Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
