CTI is seeking a

Project Manager

to oversee the successful delivery of complex technology projects. This role is central to ensuring projects are profitable, efficiently executed, and aligned with client expectations. From contract review to final handover, you will drive schedules, mitigate risks, and uphold CTI's reputation for quality and precision.


Key Responsibilities




Oversee Site Operations

- Manage personnel and activities on project sites, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with requirements.

Validate Documentation

- Review and approve briefs, schematics, and construction markups.

Client Approvals & Communication

- Secure client sign-off and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand Project Scope

- Gain full knowledge of contractual, financial, technical, and logistical aspects.

Facilitate Collaboration

- Lead meetings with sales, engineering, fabrication, and installation teams.

Kick-off Leadership

- Conduct external and internal kick-off meetings to align expectations and execution.

Manage Partnerships

- Collaborate with clients, builders, electricians, and suppliers.

Coordinate In-House Activities

- Oversee engineering, fabrication, installation, programming, and testing.

Risk Management

- Identify and mitigate site risks with proactive safety measures.

Central Point of Contact

- Act as the hub for all project communications.

Financial Oversight

- Track costs, labor, and profitability with commercial awareness.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate project records and financials.

Construction Communications

- Handle RFIs, change orders, and readiness letters.

Quality Assurance

- Inspect installations and resolve issues to meet standards.

Resource Booking

- Manage logistics and resource allocation.

Client Training

- Deliver training to ensure confidence in system operation.

Smooth Handover

- Coordinate project close-out and transition to service teams.

Adherence to Standards

- Ensure compliance with CTI's ISO 9001 quality processes.

Completion Commitment

- Drive projects to absolute completion, including invoicing, RMAs, and sign-off paperwork.

Key Skills & Qualifications




Certifications

: CTS, CTS-D, PRINCE2, ECS, IPAF, PASMA preferred.

Manufacturer Training

: QSC, Crestron, Extron, Absen, Ross Video, Biamp.

Essential Skills

: Leadership, problem-solving, commercial awareness, and multi-project management.

Technical Understanding

: Strong grasp of AV and technology solutions with clear communication skills.

Software Knowledge

: Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
