What is the Purpose of this role



We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to be dedicated to one of our newest industrial clients. As the PM, you will manage the delivery of several real estate projects at any one time through the project life cycle, e.g. programming, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout across the client's EMEA portfolio and provide a link and contact point for Principal engagement where appropriate. Some travel is expected. Ideally, the PM would be commutable to Geneva, though due to the client's EMEA portfolio, we would be open to Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and France.


Key duties and responsibilities



Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (incl. Key Performance Indicators KPI's) Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Administer the Construction Contract (JCT or other) Ability to procure consultant appointments including scope of services Ability to procure building contract including scope of services Good Understanding of statutory approvals (Building Control, Planning, Landlords etc)



Experience and Skill Set



Come from a construction background. Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders EMEA market experience Lab and office experience is ideal, but not essential Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
