Our recruitment agency is seeking an experienced and organised
Project Manager
to oversee recruitment projects, manage client requirements, and coordinate internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing solutions.
Duties
Manage end-to-end recruitment projects for clients
Coordinate recruiters, consultants, and support teams
Liaise with clients to understand project scope, timelines, and expectations
Track project progress, KPIs, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with recruitment standards and employment regulations
Identify risks and implement solutions to meet deadlines
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager (recruitment or agency experience preferred)
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and time-management abilities
Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
Project management certification is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 16.90-60.52 per hour
Work Location: In person
