Flagstone Investment LTD is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects across the organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to investment operations, technology, compliance, and business growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget
Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate cross-functional teams including investment, finance, compliance, IT, and external vendors
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and progress reports
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring minimal impact on business operations
Ensure projects comply with regulatory, governance, and internal control standards
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear communication to senior management
Track budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of company resources
Support change management and ensure smooth project handover to operations
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
3-7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within financial services, investment, or asset management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
Experience with investment platforms, financial systems, or regulatory-driven projects
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar)
Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or compliance frameworks
