Project Manager - Facade Works (Roofing, Cladding & Glazing)

50,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience)Position:
PermanentWe're looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee facade projects across the North West, coveringroofing, cladding, and glazing
packages.You'll be responsible for managing projects from start to finish -- coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to make sure work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day delivery of facade projects Manage site teams, materials, and subcontractors Work closely with clients and design teams Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety on site Handle project planning, cost control, and reporting
What we're looking for:
Background in facade construction (roofing, cladding, glazing) Proven experience managing projects of similar scale Strong organisational and communication skills A practical, hands-on approach and good attention to detail
