Job Description
Seeking an experienced
Freelance Project Manager
to lead the construction of a largetraditional-build housing development
in Milton Keynes. Candidates must have extensive traditional housing experience gainedwith a main contractor
.Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site management and drive the construction programme. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain progress, quality, and safety. Ensure compliance with all H&S procedures, building regulations, and design specifications. Manage site logistics, resources, and sequencing for efficient delivery. Report on progress, chair site meetings, and maintain strong client communication. Support commercial teams with cost control and subcontractor performance.
Requirements
Proven experience managing
large traditional-build housing projects
. Strong background withmain contractors
. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager) and First Aid preferred.project Manager
Resource
Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
350 - 375 per annum
