Duties
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful delivery.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to present updates and gather feedback from team members.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Utilise data analysis skills to monitor project performance and make informed decisions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in project management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Have worked within the Cotswolds, or have experience on graded, listed building.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques to support decision-making processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
