Project Manager
Job Description
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our Project & Change team. In this role, you'll lead key projects across the UK & Europe, ensuring strong planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, and the successful delivery of operational and organisational change.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading end?to?end delivery of multiple projects
Managing plans, risks, communications, and reporting
Driving strong governance and documentation standards
Working with stakeholders across regions and functions
Leading workshops, steering groups, and project meetings
Supporting organisational change, training, readiness and communications
Translating complex information into clear, simple messages
Identifying risks/issues and keeping delivery on track
Partnering with the Regional Change Manager to embed change effectively
What You'll Bring
Experience delivering cross?functional projects (change/transformation a bonus)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong planning and organisational ability
Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
Experience with project tools (Jira, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Bonus points if you have:
European stakeholder experience
Change management knowledge
German or other European languages
PM qualifications (PRINCE2, APM, Agile)
