Project Manager

, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Oxford-Cambridge Arc--delivering major, long-term residential and infrastructure projects that directly improve local communities.

Role Overview

As a

Project Manager

, you will be responsible for:


Leading the delivery of large-scale, multi-phase residential and infrastructure schemes (3,000+ homes, highways, utilities, and community facilities). Overseeing contract administration, cost control, risk, and change management. Managing utilities coordination and statutory approvals (water, gas, electricity, comms). Administering Section 106 and Section 278 obligations with local authorities. Coordinating contractors, consultants, and utility providers to ensure clear delivery milestones. Producing structured client reports, risk registers, and programme updates. Maintaining programme control, quality assurance, and site safety across all stages.

About You

The ideal candidate will bring:


A strong contractor or civils delivery background in

infrastructure, highways, or utilities

. Civil engineering qualification (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience in large-scale residential, regeneration, or infrastructure projects. Excellent knowledge of utilities delivery, approvals, and statutory processes. Skilled in programme management tools (Asta, Primavera, or MS Project). Experience administering contracts under NEC, ICC, or JCT frameworks. Confident communicator with clients, consultants, and political stakeholders. Ambitious, proactive, and excited to help shape a growing Oxford office.
