We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse projects across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to completion. Duties
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, timeframes, and budget constraints.
Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and motivation.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues early and implement corrective actions proactively.
Gather and define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, tracking progress, and reporting.
Manage project budgets, control costs, and optimise resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, vendors, and executive leadership through regular updates and presentations.
Experience
Proven supervising experience in managing multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in requirements gathering, risk management, cost control, and delivering projects on time.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure.
Leadership qualities with exceptional communication skills capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Familiarity with project management principles and construction management systems is advantageous.
