Your Role
As Project Manager, you will:
Confirm project scope and objectives, determining the resources and budget required for delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, including key deliverables and milestones, to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
Communicate responsibilities across Map of Ag teams, ensuring successful delivery in line with project scope.
Manage projects effectively, including leading regular project meetings and tracking actions and timelines.
Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to provide regular updates, highlighting progress and potential risks.
Communicate directly with customers as needed, providing updates on project progress.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, adjusting techniques and methods where required.
What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to solve problems logically and make sound decisions.
Dynamic and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership skills to coordinate colleagues involved in projects.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Familiarity with project management software and methodologies (training can be provided).
Background understanding of agricultural data (highly desired but not essential).
Location
This role is based in our Penrith office. Occasional travel to other UK offices or customer sites may be required, but will be infrequent.
